Made from 100% Chardonnay and only made in the best years, fermented with wild yeasts. The grapes are grown according to biodynamic practices, giving this wine a unique sense of terroir. With a whopping 48 month maturation and zero dosage, this wine has plenty of nuts, butter and toasted brioche, with incredible length and purity. A real treat for lovers of natural wines and for anyone interested in what English vineyards can do.
