Briottet's Triple Sec Curacao is made by means of alcohol distillation of bitter orange zest or Seville orange zest and of aromatic plants. It constitutes the irreplacable basic ingredient in many cocktails. Silver Medal at IWSC 2017 (International Wine and Spirit Challenge)
A former wine establishment near Dijon, Briottet was set up in 1836, switching over gradually to producing Crème de Cassis. Since then, each of the 6 successive generations of the Briottet family has worked at the distillery, with Vincent and Claire currently in charge. They make a range of fruit liqueurs and other high quality products. For the majority of their products they use only the finest fruit, base spirit and sugar to create the cremes and liqueurs.
