Cloudy Wine Mixed Case, unfiltered, vegan, natural wines. We love cloudy wines - it's a very visual way to tell that the wine hasn't been tampered with, and that the character of the wine has been preserved. These are wines that have been unfiltered and unfined (processes which can use gelatine, egg whites or isinglass to remove sediment). In this case we've got a bottle of Sottoriva, traditional method Prosecco which undergoes its second fermentation entirely in bottle; Theodora from Gut Oggau, a biodynamic Austrian white which also finishes its fermentation in bottle, preserving a little bit of spritz and lift; the Gruner Veltliner from Arndorfer is light, aromatic, slightly herbal and a great aperitif. There is also a rosé from iconic natural estate Casot des Mailloles; a crunchy Cabernet Franc from the Loire by the name of Hurluberlu; and a lovely little red from Domaine de Majas on the Cotes Catalanes.
