Description

Details

Continental Platter Semillon, Biodynamic Semillon, green pepper, peach, lime, pure zingy yet ripe fruit with a dry salty twang. From the hands of Iconic Biodynamic wine maker Patrick Sullivan, comes this excellent little natural wine from Oz. The wine is super easy drinking, not funky, not murky, very clean fresh fruits, great balance and length, a crowd pleaser and very versatile glass of white.

Continental Platter is a partnership between Les Caves de Pyrene and their Australian distribution platform, Puncheon Bottles. This marriage was born from an unrewarding search for big-production Australian wines that were both extremely drinkable and also available for distribution in the local Australian and UK markets. Together with winemaker Patrick Sullivan, they embarked on a wine making project with the focus on producing a range of Australian wines from carefully sourced, quality fruit, produced using natural and sustainable methods and delivering them to the market at exceptional value. The result is continental platter and the results are excellent.
