Cremant de Bourgogne Nature Domaine Tripoz NV, zero dosage, low sulphur, biodynamic, elegant sparkling wine. This exceptional Cremant is made from 100% Chardonnay and made without any addition of dosage and the absolute minimum of sulphur (none in some years). Characterised by clean fruit, fine bubbles and an elegant finish, this is surely a rival for many a more illustrious sparkling wine. Laurent and Celine decided early on that they had to invest to make everything at the property instead of sending their juice to a “champagnisateur”, as is often the fashion with sparkling wine producers. It's now one of the most successful wines to come out of the region. Drink with plum crumble, strawberry patisserie, smoked salmon or on its own to celebrate good news!

Celine and Laurent Tripoz have 11 hectares just outside of Loché in the Maconnais. They believe that the only way to express a true sense of terroir is to work naturally. Therefore, they have been completely free of herbicides and chemicals since 2001, and gained certified organic and biodynamic status in 2006. They do everything on site and make elegant wines that speak of this wonderful part of France.
