El Berrakin Daniel Ramos, Organic Red wine, central Spain, very fresh, elegant, crunchy red fruits, well balanced, delicious. Daniel Ramos's slightly different take on Garnacha. Stainless steel production, with light extraction and natural fermentation. Think sour cherries, fresh raspberry and blackcurrants. All this combined with natural fresh acidity, leave a very drinkable wine. A little floral with hints of mint and Eucalyptus and soft tannin keeps interest on the pallet.
