Forks & Knives White Milan Nestarec, Natural wine, unfined & unfiltered, light skin maceration, delicate flavours. Designed to be drunk young, to be playful on the palate and paired with food. Fermented in Stainless steel, the nose starts of with lime, red apple and a hint of cider. The palate then continues with gentle citrus, grapefruit and a sour beer complexity. This is a wine which would be up at the top end of the funky scale and for those familiar with natural wines, it would not disappoint.
