Gran Cerdo white is a Viura based wine from Rioja, made wild wild yeast ferments from organic fruit. With crisp citrus, white fruits and an earthy undertone, it gives straight forward fruity natural drinking at a great price. The lovely Aphillantes Rose from the southern Rhone is warm climate Rose with subtlety and grace, tingling acidity, red fruits, peach and sappy moreish texture, perfect dry Rose.
Ottavio Rube Rosso is made from Dolcetto at the Valle Uniti Cooperative in Piemonte. It is virtually un-sulphured and the wild yeasty character, forest floor and autumnal fruits make a very moreish and genuine glass of red that can be served slightly chilled. Dosset Vino Rosso Dolcetto Fernando Principiano is an organic wine with no added sulphites, low alcohol, little cloudy, wild aroma, crunchy fruit, excellent. Ma Cuvee is a delicious natural wine from the Var region of Provence just north of Brignoles. The red is fresh, medium bodied and food friendly, with plenty of red fruits and supple tannins. Great with grilled meats or enjoying on its own. Also very nice served chilled.
