Patrick Sullivan Pink Pound Rose, dry, natural, unfiltered Rose. He works mainly with Pinot Noir, but also grows a number of other grapes, including Semillion, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. This particular wine is made from Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and Gewurztraminer. The wine opens up with aromas of tangerine peel and a lick of musky, exotic fruit; as a rush of spice, ginger, light red berries and fresh acidity round out the experience. This is what Summer is about. Rose and sunshine rose and sunshine. Dry textured and slurp able. the perfect everyday drink. Look past the appearance because this wine is surprisingly approachable and truly delicious drinking! Vegan friendly!

Though he distances himself the actual term, Pat Sullivan’s name has become deeply synonymous with the natural wine movement. Pat is looking for clean crunchy fruit- all ferments are wild. Organically-farmed cool-climate Yarra fruit on old clay soils

  1. How good is this wine?

    Roger Meadows04/05/2018

Enjoying a lunch at a friend's house overlooking Chinaman's Beach in Mosman, Sydney recently. I put this remarkable rose´ my lips without paying much attention... And was immediately stopped in my tracks! It's cloudy consistency may be a like scrumpy cider.. but don't be put off... It is original and utterly delicious on the palette. Crackerjack!
