Populis White Les Lunes Living Wines Collective, organic californian white wine, ripe, full bodied. This intriguing white from California is made from a blend of Chardonnay and Colombard, which adds a nice backbone of acidity to the full and ripe Chardonnay. This wine is also bottled with a little bit of spritz after spending 7 months on the lees, which keeps it fresh and lively. The two vineyards that these grapes come from are both farmed organically, and the fermentation occurs naturally, with no added sulphites.

Populis is the love child of three winemaking school friends, Diego Roig, Sam Baron, and Shaunt Oungoulian. Populis was born from the desire to make lighthearted, naturally made, extremely drinkable wines from exciting vineyard sites throughout California. They partner with farmers who grow organically, many of whom dry farm historic, old vine vineyards.
