The 25 hectares of Domaine Alain Gautheron have been farmed by the Gautheron family for the past 5 generations.
The current head of the Domaine Alain Gautheron, is working with his wife and son Cyril in an effort to carry on the family’s traditions. Offering traditional Chablis avoiding the use of oak in the fermenting & maturation, preserving the steely unique chalky flavours of the Chablis terroir. Recently, they have converted to organic farming to further increase the quality and authenticity of the wines.
