Eraldo Viberti

Eraldo Viberti owns a 5 Hectare winery in Santa Maria La Morra, Piemonte. He has been using his own grapes since 1987, before then he used to work as part of a co-operative winery. He works organically in the vineyard, harvests by hand to select only the best grapes, and personally oversees all the work in the cellar. He makes 4 different cuvées of Nebbiolo, and also makes some Barbera and Dolcetto.
