Roland Piollot has been working in the vineyard since the 1980s, taking over from his father, though the estate has been in the family since 1817. The estate is now certified organic and employs some biodynamic methods to ensure the health and vitality of the vines, and only indigenous yeasts are used. Situated in Polisot, on the Cote des Bars, the whole process takes place on the domaine. The majority of the estate is planted with Pinot Noir, though some of the vineyard is dedicated to Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Blanc and Arbanne. We believe that their champagnes are an authentic taste of Champagne, and offer a great price for a boutique label.
