Ad Libitum La Grange Tiphaine, Natural Wine, Organic Loire Red, alive, soft, elegant, fruity but authentic, Delicious. Ad Libitum is a blend of Gamay, Cot (Malbec to you and me) and Cabernet Franc. A seemless red wine with no rough edges what so ever but packed with ripe fruits, subtle earthy notes and a long, lively finish. This little Loire red doesn’t lack in intensity, something often said of Loire red wine. It is also very versatile, with the body for some grilled meat and the freshness and elegance to serve chilled. Excellent wine.
