Aligote Maceration Beru, biodynamic wine, skin maceration for approximately 2 weeks, full bodied, complex, spicy, superb orange wine. This rare wine forms part of the changing Portfolio of wines to come from the small negociant business run by Athenais de Beru. Like with the wines in this stable, she buys the fruit from neighbouring farms who she is advising on biodynamics. The Aligote Maceration Beru was fermented in Amphorae with the skins before being bottled with virtually no sulphites. The flavours are complex with some ginger and spices coming through alongside dried fruits. The acidity of the Aligote keeps the wine well balanced. It is a superb orange wine for lovers of the style try with curries.
