Ambre de Savagnin Tournelle, biodynamic skin contact wine, rich, round, elegant, salty, savoury, complex, simply delicious natural wine. Grapes are hand-harvested in small baskets. Cool temperature fermentation takes place in tanks with indigenous yeasts. The second part of the fermentation is done in old Burgundy barrels with the skins. The malolactic fermentation happens naturally the following spring. Barrels are topped up every 10 days without sulfites for a minimum of 18 months ageing. Bottled according to the biodynamic calendar with a light filtration and 0 to 15mg of sulfites added at bottling. The Roles Royce of Orange wines.
