The Argilo is from a vineyard of particularly rich clay soils that produces a Sauvignon Blanc of immense structure and richness. It is fermented and aged in oak and takes many years in bottle to come to its true potential going through many phases of development along the way. The 2014 is still a baby although this is fascinating terroir wine and with some rich pate it is delicious.
