Bandol Rouge Domaine de Suffrene, 375ml, organic conversion, natural fermentation, concentrated, aromatic, spicy Provencal red. All the red wines at Domaine de Suffrene undergo malolactic fermentation and none of them sees any new oak instead spending time in foudres. A natural with wild boar, saddle of lamb with herbs and truffles. Bandol Rouge has a beautiful deep dark red colour, the nose is rich with ripe and candied fruit aromas. Round in the mouth, it offers to the palate smooth and velvety tannins, finishing with persistent and spicy aftertaste.
