Banyuls Blanc Traginer, Biodynamic wine, ‘Vin Doux Naturel’, elegant and salty with rich sweetness and smooth almond and stone fruit palate. The white Banyuls is made in a youthful style. It aims to preserve the pure sweetness of the Grenache Blanc grapes and the firm backbone of the schist terroir. It has an incredible depth and finish. The acidity is sappy and the balance is perfect. Expect notes of sweet almond, very ripe peach, mango and tropical fruit, a little marzipan. Outstandingly good.
Banyuls Blanc Traginer in this style is very versatile. It goes beautifully well with most cheeses, especially blue. With Pates, it is fabulous and due to the balance and acidity, it would also work with Grilled Chicken with honey or a Tagine style dish.
