Bera Moscato Canelli 2024

Bera Moscato Canelli Spumante, Organic, melon, light, medium sweet sparkling wine. Asti Spumante is the slightly sweet, bubbly white wine, which is a symbol of Canelli and also of the whole province of Asti. This lovely example Moscato Canelli from Bera is Straw-yellow in colour with a delicate aroma of flowers and cirtus.  The palate has flavours of fresh grapes, honey, white flowers and orange blossom, rich and sweet with an excellent acidity and subtle savoury finish.  A perfect partner for richer desserts or a pairing with strawberries. A wine which is low in alcohol and moderately sweet, this wine has been produced according to organic methods with natural fermentation, no fining and a light filtration.

Azienda Bera produces wine from grapes ripened in the family vineyards situated in Sant’Antonio di Canelli, Regione Serra Masio, the heart of the most prestigious and oldest area of Moscato d'Asti production.

The vineyards are cultivated using organic production methods, chemical fertilisers, herbicides, insecticides and pesticides are banned in favour of humus and compost. Parasites are successfully discouraged using copper sulphate and powdered sulphur, and a healthy ecosystem is encouraged - in fact they have an abundance of snails which is proof of a harmonious environmental balance.
