Browns Yorkshire Cider Thornborough 2024

Based in the village of Thornborough, near Bedale in North Yorkshire, Kingsley Ash makes his traditional cider using only Yorkshire apples and over 50 varieties!  It is hand-pressed each autumn on a traditional rack and cloth cider press. Fermentation is natural, and the cider is unsweetened, unsulphured and unpasteurised.  A true labour of love and taste of Yorkshire, these delicious natural ciders are superb with cheese and charcuterie, but also white meat, salads, desserts and of course anything that goes with apple!
