Buzet Pech Abuse Domaine de Pech, natural, bright ruby, expressive aromas of blueberry, earthy, smoky and mineral notes. Le Pech Abusé is a mix of Merlot (40%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) and Cabernet Franc (40%), softened in old oak foudres after égrappage and three weeks vinification in stainless steel vats, developing striking prune and leather aromas after several years in the bottle. A delicious natural wine from a fairly unknown appellation.
