CHABLIS 1ER CRU VAUCOUPIN 2018, Biodynamic wine, pure elegance, nature and the incredible Chardonnay grape coming together to produce something very beautiful. The Premier Cru Vaucoupin consists of a narrow strip of clay and limestone located on the sud/sud-est slope of the Chichée plateau. It is renowned for the delicacy of its wines. The vines average 30 years of age and the steep sloped vineyards are only worked using horses. The fantastic 2018 vintage a full and lush wine with a incredible depth of fruit and concentration whilst maintaining the finesse of the 1er Cru vineyard site. Outstanding Chablis.
