Champagne Concordance Marie Courtin, 100% Pinot Noir, zero dosage, zero sulphur added, zero intervention, 100% pure! A wine that is unveiled by the omission of sulphur and shows its vitality and complexity in every sip. It is very energetic champagne with fantastic acidity along with lovely mature flavours more like a wine that is 10 years old. The bouquet offers up a fine blend of apple, tart orange, warm biscuits, lovely minerality and a gentle top note of yeastiness. On the palate there is toasted bread and biscuits, yeast and ‘fruit confit’ but all held together with racy acidity. Outstanding Biodynamic Champagne, lovely length, great with food.

Tersia Esbach –
Excellent champagne, well-worth the investment of my time (spending minutes / hours thinking and discussing the champagne) and my husband’s money. He introduced me to this champagne and I have ever since been completely in love with it. I look forward to opening a bottle each time we have something to celebrate. The champagne is complex with vivacity and lovely fruit. It is fresh, beautiful lingering taste that feels light but with so much complexity and dimensions. It is just lovely. I would recommend this champagne anytime!
