Champagne Deville NV Traditional Method Carte Noire, mostly Pinot Noir with a small amount of Chardonnay aged in old oak with buttery and toasty citrus fruit flavours. Dense and small bubbles with rich fruity notes. This is excellent value Champagne from a small, family winemaker. Why buy Champagne from the huge commercial champagne houses when you can get such good quality at this price? Lush, toasty, but with that great backbone of acidity to keep it well balanced.
