Cidre Brut 2 Table Cyril Zangs, dry cider disguised as wine, artisan Normandy cider. Made from 15 varieties of apple, the Cidre Brut is his house style, expertly blended to give a cider of complexity, yet freshness and drinkability. The apples undergo natural fermentation and second fermentation in bottle, before being disgorged and resealed under a crown cap. With his unique old school approach of making cider, Cyril Zangs truly produces gourmet ciders which are more complex than the majority of ciders produced in the region. By blending apples varying from sweet to tart, he is able to create a drink that gives a feeling of drinking a cider disguised as a wine.
