Cidre du Saint Bernard is a traditional (Champagne) method cider that is bottled with some residual sugar, thus resulting in a delicious, slightly sweet cider with a delightful fizz and backbone of crisp apple acidity to cut through the sugar. Flavours of bruised apple, cinnamon, mango and mint. Serve with Tarte Tatin, apple crumble or toffee apples on bonfire night for a moreish, low alcohol treat.
