Cidre de Fer 2018, Demi sec style, Natural Cidre, wild yeast fermentation. Made from the Fer Apple Variety (19th Century German Apple) this is lightly filtered then bottle to finish off fermentation. A delicate mousse feel, think fruit souffle, with a hint of citrus and bitters. Cidre de Fer is gorgeous Cider, incredibly gluggable on a simple level which belies the depth, complexity and quality of production which lies within these bottles.
