Collio Ribolla Gialla Tenuta Stella, organic wine, natural wine, medium bodied, creamy texture balanced with high acidity. Ribolla is an amazing variety which balances high acidity with intensity and depth on the palate. It is creamy but the acid cuts through the wine is both quite full bodied but very fresh and mineral. Notes of flowers, ripe apple, stone fruits and vanilla. A versatile white wine but superb with high quality white fish like Turbot or Monk Fish.
