The Clementia white is lovely rich winter white wine. The ripe Viognier gives the wine great complexity, depth and texture. The oily palate demands some food, perhaps a plate of chunky white fish in a creamy sauce (called La Bourride in Provence!) or some soupe au pistou. For those who like crisp green white wines, this is not for them but if you are partial to a drop of Condrieu but not sure about the price tag then this stunning biodynamic white offers a great alternative.
