Creme de Cassis, Edmond Briottet, delicious blackcurrant liqueur made from Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrants which is perfect in all manner of cocktails or fruity desserts. Maison Briottet converted to production of liqueurs and cremes in 1836, and since thenthe Creme de Cassis has been their leading product. This liqueur is made with a 10 week maceration of the highest quality fruit, a fine neutral spirit and white sugar, nothing else. No artificial colours or flavours.
