Gruner Veltliner Arndorfer has been one of our big discoveries – light, herbal, unfiltered but very clean and easy drinking. A great example of why everyone is talking about Austria at the moment. Horsmonden from England’s own Davenport estate is a great wine for fans of NZSB – it has a grapefruit, elderflower quality, and is also unfiltered. Monfarina is as clean as the mountain streams from whence it hails – elegant and refreshing. Riesling Schnait is a tense, dry nervy Riesling white lovely freshness. Masieri Bianco is a delicious un-sulphured white with loads of tangy citrus fruit and pithy leesy texture. Finally Petit Clos is a minerally organic Sauvignon from New Zealand. A lovely example of the style. Crisp and Dry Whites, very easy, lovely light natural drinking.
