Doorly’s XO Fine Old Barbados Rum

Represented by a rare Blue Hyacinth Macaw & from the house of Martin Doorly come the Doorly’s XO. To produce the unique character of Doorly’s XO some of there oldest rums are carefully selected for a second maturation in Oloroso Oak Barrels. Full of tropical fruit characteristics, nuttiness and vanilla, yet soft with a long finish.
