Faustine White Abbatucci, delicious, Biodynamic Vermentino from Corsica. The younger vintages of this wine are very fresh, very pure with tropical fruit scents, a subtle oiliness in the texture and a long acidic finish. Biodynamics does not result in funkiness with the wines of Abbatucci and the Faustine is a superb white for all to enjoy, particularly with some delicious seafood.
