Filey Bay English Whisky, naturally produced near Filey in East Yorkshire. Filey Bay Moscatel Finish Sherry Cask Whisky.  Made from field to bottle with 100% homegrown barley.  Elegant Spanish sweetness meets spirited Yorkshire character, as the light and fruity distillery style matures in ex-Moscatel Sherry Hogsheads.  Whilst sherries like Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso are well known in single malt whisky maturation, Moscatel is much rarer and unusual. Moscatel grapes are known for floral aromas. The grapes thrive in sandy soil and Moscatel vineyards are close to the beaches in the sherry region of Spain – making it a perfect match for the Filey Bay whisky, made on the Yorkshire Coast.

The style is sweet and fruity, with flavours of chocolate dipped orange slices, toasted nuts, caramel, honey and apricot.  Perfect for the winter season.
