Fromenteau Pinot Gris Josmeyer, biodynamic wine, made from 40 year old vines, crisp, bone with pure fruit flavours and hints of pear on the nose. A superb example of this grape variety by Josmeyer, one of our favourite Alsace producers. The nose of pear and the lemony palate are driven forward by the purity of the fruit. Serve chilled with seafood or white fish.

Terroir | Parcels situated in the Herrenweg of Turckheim. These flat alluvian deposits of the Fecht are rich in clay (22%). The soil is predominantly of sand, shingle, and silt with a high incidence of pebbles and frequent plates of loess. |
