FULL BODIED BUT FRESH – MIXED CASE REDS – 6 Bottles – A superb case of full bodied red wines from our in store tasting event which looked at the difference between body in conventional and natural red wines. The theme here is full but fresh, no cloying flavours or overt sweetness, no clumsy use of oak or worse still, oak chips and no ribena character or jamminess from over extraction. These are wines where the viscosity and depth of flavour comes natural from the quality of the fruit and the low yield in the vineyard. There are two Malbecs but both have a superb combination of dark fruits, natural, fresh acidity and an easy drinking palate. Even the Primitivo has lean, dry finish to back up the dark cherry fruit and sweet spice. The Tout Nature made with no sulphur has a touch of the farmyard funk to it but very subtle and this is really super wine for grilled red meat. We hope you like it, some excellent wines in here for Easter too.
