Grappa I Legni Rovere Bepe Tosolini 50cl

Grappa I Legni Rovere from Bepe Tosolini made using oak which gives the light amber hue. Unlike a cognac, the wood serves to enhance the grape’s delicate aromas, rather than reflect the character of the wood. The fruity aroma is backed up with vanilla, flowers and fresh almonds. Balance and structure is achieved with the wood and of course finishes with the hit of the spirit and a zesty lift.

The Tosolini distillery produces high quality Italian spirits made with respect to tradition, having been in the family since 1943.

Based in Fruili, they have long-standing relationships with local grape growers and other producers, which allows them to source the highest quality produce for their distillates. They still work with traditional, hand-operated steam stills which preserve the delicacy of aroma.
