Huntress Orchard Cobbler Organic Whisky NcNean,this whisky is part of a series of limited release single malts which demonstrate Ncnean’s dedication to innovation and the pursuit of unique flavours in whisky making.  This is the first to use a special four yeast recipe, including both red and white wine yeasts.  Huntress Single Malt is non-chill filtered, certified organic and has only natural colour.  There are notes of buttery toffee, forest fruits, and herbal spice.

NcNean is an independent, organic whisky distillery situated on the secluded Morvern peninsula in Scotland, which has earned an admirable reputation for its forward-thinking, sustainable practices.

The NcNean distillery was founded by Annabel Thomas in 2017, with a primary focus on crafting innovative, distinctive spirits whilst simultaneously preserving and enriching the surrounding natural environment. They are dedicated to organic farming and wholly renewable energy sources, embodying a zero-waste ethos. This commitment is mirrored in their recyclable packaging and their practice of reusing or composting distillery by-products.

Their contemporary approach to whisky making is reflected in the character of their signature release- their organic single malt. It offers a freshness and a fruitiness that does not compromise on complexity, but does somewhat disrupt traditional Scotch whisky norms.
