Adam’s Rib is a blend of 70% Nebbiolo, 30% Shiraz, delicate cherry and dried flowers, smooth tannins. On the palate it is soft and delicate, with a very nice floral aspect and raspberry and cherry flavours with light tannins that emerge after several mouthfuls. Subtle and elegant. Aged in large concrete eggs.
