Jurancon Meteore Clos Larrouyet, biodynamic wine, Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng, stunning purity, fruit and freshness. Wow, what a bottle of wine this is, first tasted very recently, still a very young vintage so will develop beautifully over the next few years. In youth, the wine is racy and energetic, with soft stone fruits, minerals, tension and length. The Manseng varieties give a satisfying bitterness on the finish, superb for fish dishes, but Meteore is so pure and so well balanced, as an aperitif it is fantastic.
