Karri Vineyard Semillon, natural wine, 100% Semillon, green pepper, peach, lime, pure zingy yet ripe fruit with a dry salty twang. From the hands of Iconic Biodynamic wine maker Patrick Sullivan, comes this excellent little natural wine from Oz. Continental Platter is a partnership between Les Caves de Pyrene and their Australian distribution platform, Puncheon Bottles.

This marriage was born from an unrewarding search for big-production Australian wines that were both extremely drinkable and also available for distribution in the local Australian and UK markets. Together with winemaker Patrick Sullivan, they embarked on a wine making project with the focus on producing a range of Australian wines from carefully sourced, quality fruit, produced using natural and sustainable methods and delivering them to the market at exceptional value. The result is continental platter and the results are excellent.

This is a fantastic wine, very enjoyable to drink even on its own! Natural wine is definitely the way to go if you want to avoid that fussy head the next day too. Would definitely buy again and highly recommend.
