Stunning Islay whisky: limited edition, peated whisky. Non chill filtered and natural colour. 100% Islay, from barley to bottling. Winemakers go on about the idea of terroir a lot, but it is rare for a whisky to have such a strong connection to its location, with every component tracing its origins back to the land aroung Kilchoman distillery. The editions vary slightly, but are aged in boubon and oloroso sherry casks, giving a lovely balance of fresh fruit, spiced chocolate and cinnamon with soft lingering peat smoke.
