La Biancara Maule Masieri Bianco, crisp, low sulphur, Italian white wine. Masieri Bianco Angiolino Maule is made from spontaneously fermented grapes, from vines grown in volcanic soils, using natural methods. Unfiltered with no added sulphites. Masieri Bianco is a blend of 90% Garganega and the rest is made up of a few other varieties which grow on his estate. The wine is kept fresh by fermentation in stainless steel with no skin contact – delicious with asparagus or pasta with homemade green pesto.
