La Panesa Fino Sherry Hidalgo, aged Fino, a generous dry wine, pale yellow in colour with a distinctive and sharp bouquet. The aroma was acquired during its long development in oak casks under the flor yeast. La Panesa Fino is full-flavoured with a satisfyingly salty evolved aftertaste. It needs to be served super chilled with an array of tapas such as shrimp, white fish, salt cod, cured and smoked ham and cheeses. This is a serious Fino sherry, a cut above in terms of quality like all of the wines in the Hidalgo stable.
