Le Blanc Du Tremble Coteaux Champenois Marie Courtin, biodynamic wine, 100% Pinot Noir, white wine from red grapes (Blanc de Noir), elegant, fine, aristocratic wine of great poise and finesse.. Single plot cru from Polisot called Le Tremble and harvested from 40 year old vines. Expect vibrant acidity, layered minerality & complexity of fruit and secondary flavours. Delicate elderflower, orange and notes of honey. A wine for special occasions with fine fish dishes like Turbot or shellfish. This will definitely continue age very well and gain in complexity.
