Miranius Xarel Lo Cellar Credo, biodynamic wine, Xarel-lo, savoury flavours, mineral and complex, ripe peachy fruit, a note of mango! The wine takes its name after a fox called Miranius that is enticed into the vineyard by the smell of the sweet fruit. It’s a young wine that is very vibrant and ages well in the bottle. The current vintage shows freshness but also complexity. Xarel Lo (the Cava grape) is a grape that expresses its terroir and the fermentation being itself quite neutral in character. In this wine that comes through beautifully, it is a unique wine, interesting and satisfying and also great value for money.
