MOSSBURN VINTAGE CASK NO. 36 INCHGOWER SAUTERNES FINISH 2011. Very classy, complex and delicious whisky. The Inchgower Whisky is classified as a Lower Speyside Malt and takes its water from a burn rising in the Menduff Hills to the south of Buckie. This single cask no 36 spent 12 years maturing, in old sauternes casks and was bottled in 2024. It is rich, soft round, with toasty butterscotch and warmed peach flavours. Very delicious whisky.
