Munjebel Rosso Frank Cornelissen, Natural Wine, Low sulphur wine, 100% Nerello Mascalese picked from numerous sites. Munjebel Rosso is a blend which creates a traditional, balanced and rich wine. It has dense cherry, delicate black assam tea, warm smoke all wrapped in tight minerality and grippy tannins. This wine is great with all manner of different foods. Sicily is famed for its diversity of cuisine with influences from North Africa, Greece and Spain. Munjubel would do it all, roasted meats with peppers and aubergines, pastas with pistachio, anchovies, black olives, even serve it chilled with grilled oily fish dishes. Of course, with a plate of charcuterie, it would also be superb.
