Established in 2017 by Annabel Thomas as a independent, organic whisky distillery that exists to create experimental spirits and pioneer sustainable production. Focusing on high quality produce and leaving no carbon footprint, Nc’nean sources local organic Scottish barley and yeasts for the purest of flavours. The whole distillation process is powered by green energy, with plans to bottle with 100% recycled glass and packaging in the future.
